Proud to set a table where the whole world feels at home.
I write to you not just as the founder of a food tour, but as the host of a long, slow conversation about what Toronto really is.
This is the most diverse city on Earth — and at our table, that diversity is the whole point. Each stop is a kitchen someone's grandmother would recognise. Each dish is a story of how it got here, who carried it, and what it became once it found a home in Toronto.
We don't rush. We don't oversell. We pour the wine, pass the plate, and let the city tell you who it is — one unhurried bite at a time.
That's why we're so proud to call Toronto home.
Bienvenue. Welcome home.
