I am proud to represent so many different cultures.

I write to you, not just as the owner of a food tour but as a proud curator of Toronto’s cultural kaleidoscope.

I take pride in showcasing our city’s rich diversity through its array of global cuisines. It’s the chance to learn about new cultures by tasting authentic dishes that reflect the traditions and flavors passed down through generations.

You will be amazed at the worldly experience you can have among the streets of Toronto.

I look forward to the opportunity to share our passion for food and the cultural mosaic that makes this city so unique.

Sincerely,

Jusep Sim
