We take a bite at Carousel Bakery in St. Lawrence Market, the birthplace of the Peameal Bacon Sandwich, still made the way it always has been — the sandwich Anthony Bourdain came back for. From there, we wander the cobblestones of the Distillery District — tasting our way through the Canadian classics, plus a few favourites you’d never guess were ours. (No, it isn’t all maple syrup.)
