Jusep Sim – Founder of Chopsticks+Forks and our fearless leader.
Felicia – Born in Montreal to Jewish immgrants but Toronto has been home more but still has her heart in Quebec. With Chopsticks+Forks, since 2017.
Jessica – Toronto native with a parent from Jamaica and another from Nevis. She knows the West Indies, and she knows flavour. With Chopsticks+Forks since 2018.
William – An accomplished tv/cinema/voice actor extraordinaire, and a proud Irishman who is no “stout”. With Chopsticks+Forks since 2018.
We are a tight-knit team that focuses on quality over quantity. We believe in “slow food” with warm conversations. A world that will one day realize, what connects us to each other will always be “comfort food” – because for everyone in the world – That’s what always takes us “home”.
